After the success of the previous edition, the Democenter Foundation, in collaboration with the Department of Engineering Enzo Ferrari of the University of Modena and under the patronage of UDIB, has decided to organise the second edition of the SHORT MASTER IN FASTENERS.

The course will be organised in three modules, as in 2012, with different entry rules, according to the skills of the single participants.

Even this year, there will be special discounts for UDIB members who want to send their collaborators.

UDIB and the owners of the magazines, FERRAMENTA 2000 and FEREXPO, have entered into a service exchange agreement with the purpose to give visibility to the association with a space called "IL NOTIZIARIO UDIB" (UDIB Bulletin).

This agreement includes the free subscription to the magazine for all UDIB members, as well as special terms and conditions for advertisements (the agreement is published in the "MISCELLANEOUS" section of the reserved area).

“UDIBARCODE” is an ambitious and interesting project that aims at having all national distributors adopt one BAR CODE in order to encourage national manufacturers to do the same.

Creation of the new “@UDIB 2.0” institutional website, which must become a major tool in the life of the Association. This space will host as many services as possible and will give a prompt reply to the members' requests in a simple, user-friendly way.

In addition to the existing applications regarding the OVER STOCK LIST and CUSTOMER’S RATING, the following will also be available on the website:

-        minutes of the General Meetings and the relative calls and agendas;

-        main news from “radio bullone”;

-        legal updates that will involve our industry over the years;

-        agreements and partnerships our members can avail of (RC Products, bank terms and conditions, specialised university courses, qualitative laboratory analyses and more are currently being discussed);

In the future, DISTRIBUTING PACKING SYSTEM projects will also be developed in the website. This system aims at harmonising product packaging in order to obtain uniformity among the distributors who apply it.
